“Exchanges can be requested up to 15 calendar days after product collection. The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Exchanges can be made at our showroom or by shipping, with the shipping cost borne by the customer.”

Only one exchange per purchase is allowed and does not apply to products purchased on sale or with special discounts.

All our products have a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper handling of the product.
