Is LUK a Peruvian brand?

LUK is a Peruvian brand leader in handbags and accessories since 2018. We have a showroom in San Isidro, Lima, Peru, the attention is from Monday to Friday from 11am-7pm. and Saturday from 10 to 4 pm. www.luk.com.pe is the official LUK online store.

Do I need to register to purchase through LUK?

Yes, it is necessary to do so. This way you will benefit from a secure, fast and personalized purchase.

How can I pay for my order?

You can make the payment through these options:
With a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
With a bank transfer (for National orders)
With Yape or Plin (for National orders)
With a Mercado Pago account
With a Pay Pal account

What is the delivery time of my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation automatically.
The delivery time to your home will be determined by the company that makes the deliveries. If it is within the country the shipment will be through Olva Courier and if it is international it will be DHL or Serpost (national mail).
Approximate delivery time:
Lima: 1 to 3 working days
Provinces of Peru: 3 to 5 working days
International: 4 to 6 days depending on the carrier you choose. In the case of choosing Serpost, delivery may take 2 to 4 weeks.
These times are for the central areas of each city, if it is a remote area should be considered between 1-2 additional days.

Can I pick up my order in the showroom?

Yes, after completing the purchase process, the system will automatically give you the option to pick up your order at our store located in San Isidro, Lima, Peru, or we can send it to the address indicated. If you choose to pick up your order in store there is no additional cost or shipping charges. Once the product is ready we will send you an email to inform you that you can pick it up.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the one I registered with?

Yes, you can select this option during the checkout process, but the country of the shipping address must be the same country where the purchase was made.

Are the product taxes included?

For Peru the prices do include the IGV. However, for the rest of the countries the tax is not included, this will be assumed by the customer. Taxes per country vary according to the laws of the country and LUK is not responsible for any customs duties at destination.

Can I request an invoice for my order?

All our shipments are accompanied by a purchase invoice with all customer data and items. The invoice issued by this website is only indicative and will not serve as a purchase document.

What happens if I don’t like or don’t like the product I bought?

We do not accept returns of products purchased through the web. The customer may make exchanges only at the store in Lima, Peru provided that the following conditions are met:
– That the product is new, with no signs of use, with the seals affixed to the product, and without tearing or breaking the original labels.
– The product has not been tampered with.
Once the company verifies that the conditions are met, the customer may exchange the item for another one we have in stock of equal or higher amount by paying the difference, or for a voucher.

What type of warranty does the products have?

LUK products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. To file a claim, please email contacto@luk.com.pe with product details and photos, along with proof of purchase or gift card. Our response time is 24 to 48 hours.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as:
– Seams: tears or incomplete seams on handles or body parts.
– Adhesive: detached or misplaced parts.
– Accessories: accessories that do not function properly.

The warranty does not cover:
– Wear or breakage due to misuse.
– Natural variations in leather or material.
– Wrinkles from use or the nature of the leather.
– Stains from improper cleaning or use of non-recommended products.
– Products manipulated by third parties.
– Failures due to improper use.
– Dissatisfaction with the design, not considered a manufacturing defect.

What after-sales services are available?

In case the customer has a mishap due to misuse of the part, he can come to our showroom located in San Isidro, Lima, Peru so that we can check and quote the repair of the part.

¿Which is the product/garment care?

Skin Collection (Leather):
Using a dry cloth with leather cleaner or baby wipes to clean the entire surface and remove stains. Preferably store it in a case or in a place with low humidity.

Dry Collection (Fabric):
Wash with a damp cloth with laundry soap or clean the stain with a damp baby wipe. Do not use a clothes brush. Let it dry.

Fat Collection (Puffy Fabric):
Wash with a damp cloth. – Gently rub. – NEVER dry in the sun or dryer.

Wet Collection (Waterproof fabric):
You can wash the body material in a washing machine or hose, it is 100% water-resistant. The handles can be hand-washed with laundry soap. NEVER use a brush.
