Return and Exchange Policy
The company does not refund money in any case.
We do not accept changes in sales made outside Peru.
Within Peru, only exchanges will be accepted within 15 calendar days from the confirmation of the purchase. These are made in the showroom in Lima, Peru or if the customer assumes the shipment of your change to the showroom. Exchanges can only be made once.
Exchanges are valid for an amount equal to or greater than the sale (canceling the difference).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clearance, sample sale or items used by the customer.

Warranty
LUK products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. To file a claim, please email contacto@luk.com.pe with product details and photos, along with proof of purchase or gift card. Our response time is 24 to 48 hours.

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as:
– Seams: tears or incomplete seams on handles or body parts.
– Adhesive: detached or misplaced parts.
– Accessories: accessories that do not function properly.

The warranty does not cover:
– Wear or breakage due to misuse.
– Natural variations in leather or material.
– Wrinkles from use or the nature of the leather.
– Stains from improper cleaning or use of non-recommended products.
– Products manipulated by third parties.
– Failures due to improper use.
– Dissatisfaction with the design, not considered a manufacturing defect.
